Where can I find information on how companies handle Maternity leave rights?

I am doing a research paper on Maternity Leave and I would like to find information on comparing companies leave, any processes being made to extend leave to reduce the rate of new mothers not returning to work after their baby is born, and and other information relating to this topic.

Hi Melissa,

I made some searches in EBSCO Host under Academic Search Complete and Business Source Complete and found some articles about Maternity Leave.  I also, found information in LexisNexis.  These databases should give the information on the topic.  I also recomend you look for background information in Credo Reference.  All these databases can be found by going to the library page and looking under databases and journals.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to call the library at 610-558-5545 or the Reference Desk at 610-361-5313.  Someone will be more than happy to assist you.

Thank you,
