Hi, Gail. Our subscription to Community Mental Health Journal has a one-year embargo, which means February 2017 is not available to us. You are not completely out of luck, though and have two options.

There is a free Resource Sharing community called Research Gate where people can request research directly from authors- I have had success here in the past and the researchers of this study are there. I recommend creating a free account and submitting your request; you might get a quick turn-around:

If you cannot get the article this way, you can submit a request for Inter-Library loan. The person in charge of this service is extremely quick, but would not get your request until Monday.
