I ordered an article through ILLIAD on 6/12 is it still on its way? Or if it is taking this long does that mean I can't get it?
When an article is received, you should get an email notification sent to whichever email address that you created your account with, that it has arrived. Possibly the email was sent to a spam folder?
You can also log into ILLiad and “see” what is happening with your request; if it is not visible in your main dashboard, then click on “electronically received articles” (on the left) and it may already be there. NOTE: print or save what you receive as it only last for a short period of time.
