I am trying to log from home to ebscohost and cannot connect. The link below was given by the professor. In fact, i cannot log into any ebscohost database from my computer. I am looking for this article: A Model of Ethical Decision Making From a Multicultural Perspective. Frame, Marsha Wiggins % Williams, Carmen Braun in Counseling & Values. Answer

Hi, Sophie.  We do not seem to be experiencing any issues with EbscoHost directly at the moment, but there may be an issue recognizing your username from off campus.  This sometimes happens if there have been changes within IT parameters and someone has not logged on from on-campus.  Please contact the IT Help Desk to make sure that your username and password settings are in place for off-campus Library access.  You can contact them at (610)558-5620.

In the meantime, I am going to contact you directly via the email address that you provided to help match you up with your research needs.  If problems persist, please contact us again!  (610) 558-5545.
