I am not able to make a connection to EBSCO from my home PC using wi-fi connection. Any recommendations?
Sorry for the delay in answering your question, Flora. For some reason I did not see it in the system until today. If you are not seeing the Blue log-in screen, it may be owing to the version of your internet browser. Some versions of Internet Explorer are not playing nicely, so we recommend uopdating to the latest version of IE or downloading Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome. If these don't work, please give us a call and we can try and troubleshoot over the phone with you.
